KazTransOil JSC about the 6th coupon payment on its 1st issue euronotes

/KASE, July 2, 04/ - KazTransOil JSC (Astana) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on June 30 of 2004 the company paid the sixth coupon to holders of the first issue euronotes (XS0132391938, KASE's official "A" listing category; KZTOe1; $150.0 m.; July 6, 01 - July 6, 06; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR). According to issuer's information sum of the payment was USD6,375,000. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment all bonds were in circulation by register fixation date (June 21, 04). Planned date of coupon payment on the bonds is July 6. [2004-07-02]
