/KASE, June 29, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC, which acts as the Representative of holders of 1st issue mortgage bonds of BTA Mortgage JSC (Almaty) (KZ2CKY07A867; official "В" listing category, BTAIb1; KZT10,000.00; KZT500.0 m; December 12, 03 - December 12, 10; three- months coupon with floating rate, for the first half a year the rate is set to 10.0% APR), as well as Payment agent of the issuer, forwarded an official letter to KASE saying that on June 29, 2004 the second coupon was paid to holders of abovementioned securities.
