A sole owner of KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Kazakhstan) agreed to pledge certain assets of the COmpany

/KASE, May 28, 04/ - KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Almaty) with shares listed under "B" and bonds under "A" official categories of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), presented a copy of TAU ORDA LLP, it's only shareholder, dated May 21, 2004. According to the document, TAU ORDA LLP (Almaty) decided to approve pledging the premise and land owned by KRTH ZANGAR JSC for a loan granted by Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to TAU ORDA LLP. On May 25, 2004 the Board of Directors proposed to pledge the premise and land owned by the Company for a loan granted by Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to TAU ORDA LLP (100%owner of KRTH ZANGAR JSC).
