/KASE, May 28, 04/ - KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Almaty) with shares listed under "B" and bonds under "A" official categories of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), presented a copy of minutes of Board of Directors meeting held on May 25, 2004. The Board of Directors accepted following decisions: - to appoint Altynov G.N. as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; - to appoint Sysolyatina O. As the president of KRTH ZANGAR JSC; - to pledge the premise and land owned by the Company for a loan granted by Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to TAU ORDA LLP (100%owner of KRTH ZANGAR JSC).
