AFN has approved report about results of floatation of share issue of RG Brands JSC (Kazakhstan) consisting of 1.8 m. units

/KASE, May 27, 04/ - RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has provided KASE with the copies of following documents: certificate about the state registration of securities issue of Kazakhstan agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) dated May 18 of 2004, report about results of shares floatation and notification of AFN dated May 21 of 2004 about approval of the report about results of floatation of common shares of RG Brands JSC. According to the certificate, common shares of RG Brands JSC, which are 1,800,000 in number, have been assigned national identification number KZ1C46310013 (before - KZ1C463100X6), share issue has been included in the State securities register under the number А4631. By the registration date of company's shares 1,478,022 were floated and paid. According to the notification, all shares of RG Brands JSC were entirely floated and paid by the date of approval of the report about results of floatation. In accordance with the report about results of floatation the only shareholder of RG Brands JSC is Resmi Group Ltd LLP (Almaty).
