AFN has approved report about results of floatation of the 2nd issue bonds of Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 20, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has provided KASE with the copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) dated May 11 of 2004 about approval of the report about results of floatation of the 2nd issue bonds of Alliance Bank JSC. The mentioned issue was registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on October 31 of 2003 under the number А92, it consists of 2,000,000,000 bonds with the face value of 1 tenge each. According to the notification as of April 22 of 2004 bonds of Alliance Bank JSC of the 2nd issue were entirely floated and paid. [2004-05-20]
