AFN reissued state registration certificate of announced shares of NURBANK OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May15, 04/ - NURBANK OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Inc. (KASE), provided a copy of written certification by Kazakhstan Agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) on April 26, 2004 that confirms replacement of state registration certificate of bank's announced shares. According to the document, announced shares of NURBANK OJSC are split into 400,000 common (KZ1C33110012) and 100,000 preferred (KZ1P33110118) shares. The National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered given issue on June 13, 2003 and entered it into State securities list under A3311 number. At date of certificate replacement 240,000 of common and 60,000 of preferred shares issued by the bank were paid in full. [2004-05-12]
