ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) floats GDR and purchases more than 5% of shares of OAPF Otan JSC

/KASE, April 30, 04/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE with the official letter about floatation of Global Depository Receipts (GDR). According to the presented information on April 29 of 2004 ATFBank JSC has floated GDR, basic asset of which is its common shares (the issue was registered on December 26 of 2003) at the rate exceeding 5% of total number of floated shares. Besides, ATFBank JSC has informed about purchasing of more than 5% of floated shares of OAPF Otan JSC. [2004-04-30]
