/KASE, April 28, 04/ - NURBANK OJSC (Almaty) whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE with the official letter about changing of the registrar. In accordance with the presented information, NURBANK OJSC has annulled agreement about maintenance of securities holders register made with FONDOVIY CENTER CJSC and on March 11 of 2004 made agreement for rendering of services on maintenance of the system of securities holders register with another independent registrar - Registration system of securities LLP - Professional service of securities, which, according to bank's information, on March 30 of 2004 was reformed as Registration service JSC.
