/KASE, March 5, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of March 5, 2025 trading in common shares US67066G1040 (sector "KASE Global", NVDA_KZ) of NVIDIA Corp. (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on March 12, 2025 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be March 12, 2025.
