/KASE, March 4, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since March 4, 2025 trading in common shares KZ000A1CTMD1 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", AZNO) of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (Aqtobe) has been suspended on KASE. Trading was suspended in accordance with subitem 9) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" in connection with KASE's receipt of a notification from Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC about a tender made to shareholders to sell the said shares they own to a person who, independently or together with its affiliates, acquired 95 or more percent of the voting shares of the company.
