Bonds KZ2P00013535 (ORBSb4) of Orbis Leasing passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, February 26, 2025/ – On February 25, 2025 the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00013535 (KZT1,000, KZT400.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) ORBSb4.
