/KASE, February 19, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces
that an initial offering of international bonds XS3004202225 (EBRDe27) of
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development through a subscription to
them will be conducted in KASE's trading system on February 20, 2025 on the
terms and conditions set out below (Astana time).
The seller during the subscription to said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment
Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller).

The total nominal volume of bonds planned for placement is preliminary and is
subject to change upon notification of the initiator of the specified subscription.
The price in the order must be the value of the fixed margin rate, which is a
component of the coupon rate, as a percentage with an accuracy of up to the
second decimal place.
The nominal volume in tenge must be specified as the number of financial
instruments in the order. The lot is equal to one bond, the minimum order volume
is 1,000 tenge.
According to the terms of this subscription, the list of additional information
about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said bonds includes the last name,
first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity.
