/KASE, February 18, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that since February 18, 2025 trading in the ETF securities US78462F1030 (sector "securities of investment funds", US_SPY_) of State Street Global Advisors (USA) on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty whose settlement date falls on March 21, 2025 and subsequent dates, has been suspended on KASE. Trading was suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the receipt by KASE of information that the record date for said securities is March 21, 2025.
