/KASE, February 5, 2025/ – On February 4, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00013287 (1,000 tenge, 2.0 bn tenge; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb14; - KZ2P00013295 (1,000 tenge, 2.0 bn tenge; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb15; - KZ2P00013303 ($100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb16; - KZ2P00013329 ($100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb17. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later.
