Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC reports about its operating results for
2024 (preliminary unaudited data are posted on the website of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange JSC).
Key financial performance indicators for 2024:
- net profit amounted to 1,382 million tenge (2023: 575 million tenge);
- return on equity (ROE) was 39.5% (2023: 50.1%);
- commission income amounted to 1,849 million tenge, increasing threefold
compared to last year (587 million);
- equity capital as of December 31, 2024 amounted to 4,344 million tenge,
having increased by 2,441 million tenge (+128%) compared to December 31,
2023 due to the profit received, as well as additional capitalization of the
company in the amount of 1,210 million tenge;
- operating expenses increased by 411% to KZT 1,656 million due to an
increase in the number of employees and increased spending on information
technology, marketing and professional services.
