/KASE, January 20, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since January 20, 2025 trading in bonds KZ2C00011468 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HSBKb21) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) has been suspended on KASE. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 6) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the decision of the sole holder to approve changes and (or) additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds.
