/KASE, January 10, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (KASE ticker – MFOK) dated January 9, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• S. Akhanov was removed;
• G. Nurkenov was elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of three people.
