Bonds KZ2C00012987 (BTRKb18) and KZ2C00012995 (BTRKb19) of NMH "Baiterek" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, December 25, 2024/ – On December 25, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00012987 (1,000 tenge, 100.0 billion tenge; 15 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360), type – social bonds, trading code – BTRKb18; - KZ2C00012995 (1,000 tenge, 100.0 billion tenge; 15 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement trades; 30/360), trading code – BTRKb19. The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issues of these bonds are the 15th and 16th under the ninth bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered on October 23, 2023 in the amount of 1.5 trillion tenge. The financial consultant and underwriter of NMH "Baiterek" JSC is First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC.
