/KASE, December 20, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on December 17, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00012875 (MFLGb7; 1,000 tenge, 500.0 mln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2P00012883 (MFLGb8; 1,000 tenge, 500.0 mln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360). The effective date of the Listing commission decision is December 20, 2024. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.
