Bonds KZ2P00012875 (MFLGb7) and KZ2P00012883 (MFLGb8) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, December 18, 2024/ – On December 17, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00012875 (1,000 tenge, 500.0 mln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb7; - KZ2P00012883 (1,000 tenge, 500.0 mln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb8. The effective date of the Listing commission decision will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later. These bond issues are the third and fourth ones under the first bond program of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP, registered on August 19, 2024, in the amount of 5.0 bn tenge.
