/KASE, December 18, 2024/ – On December 17, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Private company BI Development Ltd. (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2D00012838 ($100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360), trading code – BIGDb3; - KZ2D00012846 ($100, $30.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360), trading code – BIGDb4; - KZ2D00012861 (1,000 tenge, 20.0 bn tenge; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360), trading code – BIGDb5. The effective date of the Listing commission decision will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of the Private company BI Development Ltd. is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty). The issue of bonds KZ2D00012838 is the third one under the second bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on October 21, 2024 in the amount of 100.0 mln US dollars. The issue of bonds KZ2D00012846 is the second one under the second bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on October 21, 2024 in the amount of 100.0 mln US dollars. The issue of bonds KZ2D00012861 is the second one under the first bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on October 14, 2024 in the amount of 100.0 bn tenge.
