Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from April 19 to April 25 of 2004

April 20 - Temirbank JSC (Almaty) pays the third coupon to holders of its indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the third issue (KZ2CKY10A648, KASE's official "A" listing category, TEBNb3; KZT20,000.00, KZT2,200.0 m.; October 20, 02 - October 20, 12; semi- annual coupon 9.0% APR). In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT99.0 m. (revenue of these bonds holder is protected from strengthening of tenge against dollar). April 20 - register of holders of secured bonds of AES Ust-Kamenogorsk HS OJSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) of the first issue (KZ2CKY03A874, KASE's official "A" listing category, UKTCb1; KZT1; KZT612.8 m.; October 21, 03 - October 21, 06; semi-annual coupon 9.00% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the first coupon payment. On April 20 and 21 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. April 21 - AES Ust-Kamenogorsk HS OJSC pays the first coupon to holders of its bonds of the first issue. In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT27.6 m. April 21 - register of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY05A556, KASE's official "A" listing category, HSBKb2; KZT1,000, 2,042.0 m.; May 21, 02 - May 21, 07; semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the fourth coupon payment. Since April 21 till May 21 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at KASE without accumulated interest. April 22 - register of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of NURBANK OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY03A544, KASE's official "A" listing category, NRBNb1; KZT1,000, KZT1,500.0 m.; May 22, 02 - May 22, 05; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the fourth coupon payment. Since April 22 till May 21 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. April 23 - register of holders of euronotes Kazkommerts International B.V. (Rotterdam, Kingdom of Netherlands) of the second issue (XS0146008171, KASE's official "A" listing category, KKGBe3; $200.0 m.; May 8, 02 - May 8, 07; semi-annual coupon 10.125% APR) is fixed.
