/KASE, December 6, 2024/ – On December 6, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) on the "Private placement" market of KASE official list: 1) KZ2C00012771 (1,000 tenge, 12,094,000,000 tenge, 9 years 10 months; semi-annual coupon, base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1.0 %; 30/360), ticker – INCApp9; 2) KZ2C00012805 (1,000 tenge, 23,560,000,000 tenge, 9 years 10 months; semi-annual coupon, base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1.0 %, 30/360), ticker – INCApp10. The effective dated of the Listing commission decision will be announced later.
