From December 5, common shares KZ1C00001262 (FFIN) of Freedom Finance will be transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of main market of KASE official list

/KASE, December 4, 2024/ – On December 4, 2024, the Listing commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to transfer common shares KZ1C00001262 (FFIN) of Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) from the "shares" sector of the alternative market to the "standard" category of the main market of KASE official list. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 5, 2024. In a conclusion of KASE dated November 25, 2024, it was noted that, based on the results of an inspection of Freedom Finance JSC and its specified shares, their compliance with the criteria and requirements for quotation of the specified shares in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market established by the Listing Rules was stated.
