informed about the following:

In accordance with the order of the Department of the Committee for the
Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty, tariffs have been approved for
the regulated service of oil transportation to the domestic market of the
Republic of Kazakhstan via the Kenkiyak–Kumkol main oil pipeline for 2025–2029.
These tariffs apply to Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP (50% owned by KazTransOil
JSC and 50% owned by China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development
Corporation).
In 2025, the tariff will amount to 3,338.49 tenge per 1 ton per 1,000 km
(excluding VAT), in 2026 – 3,690.48 tenge per 1 ton per 1,000 km (excluding
VAT), in 2027 – 3,693.05 tenge per 1 ton per 1,000 km (excluding VAT), in 2028
– 4,202.89 tenge per 1 ton per 1,000 km (excluding VAT), and in 2029 – 3,769.47
tenge per 1 ton per 1,000 km (excluding VAT).
