/KASE, November 26, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 25, 2024 decided to include
bonds KZ2C00012581 (MFBRb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 3 years; semi-annual
coupon, 21.00 % APR; 30/360) of MFO "Bereke" JSC (Semei) in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The Listing commission decision's effective date is November 26, 2024.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
