/KASE, November 19, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that
since November 19, 2024, the following information on bonds KZ2C00011906
(KASE main market, category "bonds", MFOKb21; 1,000 tenge, 7.0 billion tenge;
3 years; floating monthly coupon, 19.00 % per annum for the first coupon period;
30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) has
been changed in KASE's trading system and databases:
- the type of bonds has been changed from indexed unsecured coupon bonds
to unsecured coupon bonds;
- the coupon rate was changed from floating, indexed by the level of
devaluation/revaluation of the tenge against the US dollar, to fixed for the
entire term of the bonds at 19.00 % per annum.
Since November 19, trading in the specified bonds, which had been suspended
since October 30, 2024, has resumed on KASE.
