/KASE, November 1, 2024/ – On November 1, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00012651 ($100, $5.0 million; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second one under the first bond program of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP, registered on August 20, 2021 in the amount of 15.0 mln US dollars.
