From October 30, international bonds USN97716AA72, US98953VAA08 (ZHMNe2) and USN64884AA29, US66978CAA09 (ZHMNe3) of Zhaikmunai will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, October 29, 2024/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 29, 2024, the following international bonds of Zhaikmunai LLP (Oral) were excluded from KASE official list: - USN97716AA72, US98953VAA08 (KASE main market, category "bonds", ZHMNe2; $560.0 mln, 13.11.12 – 25.06.33, semi-annual coupon, 9.50 % per annum, 30/360); - USN64884AA29, US66978CAA09 (KASE main market, category "bonds", ZHMNe3; $400.0 mln, 14.02.14 – 14.01.33, semi-annual coupon, 9.50 % per annum, 30/360). This decision of the Listing Committee is effective as of October 30, 2024. This decision was made on the basis of a request of Zhaikmunai LLP for voluntary delisting of said bonds from KASE official list. Bonds USN97716AA72, US98953VAA08 (ZHMNe2) were included in KASE official list's category "Rated debt securities" on April 4, 2013, and had been in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market since June 1, 2017. Trading in them was opened on May 2, 2013. Bonds USN64884AA29, US66978CAA09 (ZHMNe3) were included in KASE official list's category "Rated debt securities" on April 10, 2014, and had been in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market since June 1, 2017.
