are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press release dated October 23, 2024:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and microfinance organization "Arnur
Credit" (ARNUR CREDIT) signed a loan agreement of up to US$5 million (in
tenge equivalent) to expand access to finance for micro, small and medium
enterprises (MSMEs) in Kazakhstan.
ARNUR CREDIT will use ADB funding to provide loans to MSMEs, with at least
half of the funds allocated to support women's entrepreneurship. Another focus
of the project is to provide "green" loans to MSMEs, with at least 10% of the
ADB loan allocated to them. "Green" loans will be used by MSMEs to purchase
energy- and resource-saving technologies and to support small renewable
energy projects.
