Results of annual general shareholders meeting of Aktobemunai - finance OJSC (Kazakhstan) for 2002

/KASE, April 12, 04/ - Aktobemunai-finance OJSC (Aktobe), whose shares are circulating in official "B" category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, submitted a copy of minutes of annual general shareholders meeting for 2002 hosted on January 31, 2003. In accordance with the meeting agenda, shareholders of Aktobemunai-finance OJSC approved financial report of the company and the report prepared by internal audit service, examined notes of independent auditor to financial statements of the company for 2002, amended the Charter. Shareholders also decided not to declare dividends on company's common shares due to low profits earned in 2002. Moreover, Aktyubinsk Audit Service LLP has been mandated as company's auditing firm for 2003.
