/KASE, October 15, 2024/ – Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

On October 14, 2024, Fitch Ratings downgraded the Bank's long-term foreign
and national currency issuer default ratings to "B+" with a "stable outlook" and
removed it from the Rating Watch Negative list. The rating action followed the
completion of the change of the Bank's sole shareholder.
Ratings:
- long-term issuer default rating in foreign and national currencies – "B+",
outlook "Stable";
- short-term foreign currency issuer default rating – "B";
- viability rating – "b+";
- national long-term rating – "BBB-(kaz)".
