/KASE, October 14, 2024/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, held
on October 11, 2024.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for the six months ended
June 30, 2024;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net profit
for the first half of 2024:
- 22,684,120,787.20 tenge to be used to pay dividends on common
shares;
- 12,481,329,212.80 tenge to be left at the company's disposal for
development;
- to approve the dividend amount for the first half of 2024 – 82.40 tenge per
common share.
