/KASE, October 4, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on October 1, 2024, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the
following bonds of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00011898 (FFBNb2; 1,000 tenge; 20.0 billion tenge; 7 years; inflation-
indexed semi-annual coupon; 30/360);
- KZ2C00011922 (FFBNb3; 1,000 tenge; 36.0 billion tenge; 2 years; monthly
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful
trading on bond offering; 30/360);
- KZ2C00011930 (FFBNb4; $100, $50.0 million; 2 years; monthly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond
offering; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Committee is October 4,
2024.
The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.
