As of October 7, common shares KZ1C00001353 (BSGR) of 3A-BestGroup will be excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, October 4, 2024/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 4, 2024, common shares KZ1C00001353 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", BSGR) of 3A- BestGroup JSC (Almaty) are excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on October 7, 2024. In its conclusion, KASE noted that the basis for delisting the said shares is the outstanding debt of 3A-BestGroup JSC on annual listing fee for these securities and failure to comply with the information disclosure requirements established by KASE's internal document "Rules for disclosure of information by securities admission initiators". The specified shares had been in the second category of KASE official list since February 9, 2017, and since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "shares" sector of the of KASE official list's alternative market.
