Bonds KZ2C00012243 (BTRKb15) and KZ2C00012250 (BTRKb16) of NMH "Baiterek" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, October 4, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 4, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ200012243 (1,000 tenge, 100.0 billion tenge; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360); - KZ2C00012250 (1,000 tenge, 40.0 billion tenge; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issues of these bonds are the 11th and 12th within the framework of the ninth bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered on October 23, 2023 in the amount of 1.5 trillion tenge. The indicated bonds are assigned abbreviations (tickers) BTRKb15 and BTRKb16, respectively.
