Trading in ETF securities of five names will be suspended on KASE from September 17

/KASE, September 16, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from September 17, 2024, trading in the following ETF securities on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty with settlement dates on October 1, 2024 and subsequent dates will be suspended on KASE: 1) US4642872422 ("KASE Global" sector, LQD_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF; 2) US4642885135 ("KASE Global" sector, HYG_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF; 3) US4642895118 ("KASE Global" sector, IGLB_KZ) of iShares 10+ Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF; 4) US78468R6633 ("securities of investment funds" sector, US_BIL_) of SPDR Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF; 5) US74347G4405 ("KASE Global" sector, BITO_KZ) of ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information that the record date for the specified securities will be October 1, 2024.
