/KASE, 11.09.24/ – BAST JSC (Abay region), whose shares are on the official
list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about the decisions
of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 29, 2024:
- approve the company’s financial statements for 2023;
- not to pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2023.
