Bonds KZ2C00011880 (INBNb16) of Bank RBK passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, September 6, 2024/ – On September 6, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00011880 (KZT1,000, KZT80.0 bn; 7 years, inflation-indexed semi-annual coupon; 30/360) of Bank RBK JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the fourth within the framework of the third bond program of Bank RBK JSC, registered on August 24, 2022 for a total amount of 500.0 billion tenge. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) INBNb16. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect. [2024-09-06]
