/KASE, August 29, 2024/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of
its shareholders will begin on September 26, 2024 at 11:00 am, with the
following agenda:
- on approval of the report on the execution of the company's budget for the
first half of 2024;
- on determining the audit organization that will audit the company for 2024;
- on early termination of powers of a member of the company's Board of
Directors;
- on the election of a member of the company's Board of Directors.
