/KASE, August 29, 2024/ – Marganec Zhairema JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 26, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2023;
- not to accrue or pay dividends on common shares for 2023.
Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the general meeting of
shareholders.
