Subscription for bonds KZ2C00011708 (BERKb19) of Bereke Bank declared failed

/KASE, August 22, 2024/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00011708 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BERKb19; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn, 2 years; actual/actual) of Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today by way of subscription to them. Bereke Bank JSC acted as the seller during the subscription to these bonds. Subscription orders were accepted on August 22, 2024, from 12:00 to 14:00 Astana time. Bonds with a nominal value of KZT100,000,000,000.00 were offered for placement. Only limit orders were accepted within the subscription. The subscription was recognized and declared invalid.
