/KASE, August 21, 2024/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about supplementing the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders, scheduled for September 2, 2024, with the issue "On approval of
the procedure for distributing the company's net income as of December 31,
2023, making a decision on the payment of dividends on the company's common
shares as of December 31, 2023, and approving the amount of dividend per
common share of the company".
