/KASE, August 19, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

... on August 16, 2024, rating agency Fitch Ratings (hereinafter – the Agency)
affirmed the Bank's long-term issuer credit ratings in foreign and national
currencies at "BBB/Stable". At the same time, the Bank's long-term senior
unsecured debt ratings (ISIN XS2337670421, XS0248160102, XS2337670694,
XS2472852610, XS2106835262, XS2800066297, XS2800066370) were affirmed
by the Agency at the "BBB" level.
