/KASE, August 16, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on August 16, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011810 (TERRb1, KZT1,000, KZT495.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual
coupon, 19.75 % APR; 30/360) of Terra LLP (Qostanay region) in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is August 16, 2024.
The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
