/KASE, August 16, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that since August 16, 2024 trading in ETF securities US78462F1030 (sector "securities of investment funds", US_SPY_) of State Street Global Advisors (USA) on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty whose settlement date falls on September 20, 2024 and subsequent dates, has been suspended on KASE. Trading was suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the receipt by KASE of information that the record date for said securities is September 20, 2024.
