/KASE, August 15, 2024/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on September 16, 2024 at 11:00 am. The only issue on the agenda is "on
approval of amendments to the Provisions on the company's dividend policy".
