As of August 13, bonds KZ2P00010960 (MFMCb1) of MyCar Finance MFO transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, August 12, 2024/ – On August 12, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to transfer bonds KZ2P00010960 (MFMCb1; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 05.20.24 – 05.20.25; quarterly coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MyCar Finance MFO LLP (Almaty) from the "bonds" category of the alternative market to the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on August 13, 2024. In KASE's conclusion dated August 6, 2024, it was noted that based on the results of an inspection of MyCar Finance MFO LLP and its specified bonds, they were found to be compliant with the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules for quotation of the specified bonds in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
