/KASE, July 31, 2024/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), announced that since
July 16, 2024 it holds the 100 % stake in the authorized capital of Altynalmas
Service LLP.
